    Most end customers have no idea about which power of laser tube will be suitable for their laser cutting machine, or which laser tube is correct one to their laser cutting machine when they want to replace the old tube, even they have been using laser cutting & engraving laser machines many years

    There are more than thousands of laser cutting / engraving machine suppliers in the world, but there is no universal standard to define a laser tube power. Even for same size laser tube, different suppliers could tell you different laser power. For example, laser tube with length 1200mm and Diameter 50mm, actually most suppliers say it is 60w, and some suppliers say it is 65watt, 70watt, even 80watt. Thus it happens a lot some customers don’t get a correct laser tube, it can be size problem, or the new tube cannot cut as thick material as the old one, or the new laser tube is too long to put inside of the old laser cutting machine
     
     
    We knew that there are 2 very important parameter for CO2 glass laser tube: Rated power, Peak power. For example laser tube with length 1250mm and diameter 80mm, the rated power commonly 90w, but peak power can be 100w, even 110w.  Some laser machine supplier told buyer the peak power directly, not rated power of laser tube. It means some laser supplier sell laser tube by rated power, some laser supplier sell laser tube by peak power directly, that's why big misunderstanding during buying laser tube by user
     
    If you bought a longer laser tube than former one, maybe it can not be put inside of machine body

Above technical spec of laser tube for your reference, different laser tube factories such as RECI laser, EFR, Yongli, SPT, CDWG, SP, Puri may have little difference in length or diameter in same laser power level, but it's not big problem for buying.
