CO2 laser parts---Laser delivery system

On laser cutter, the laser system including laser power supply, laser tube, reflective mirror and focus lens

After laser tube output, the laser beam was transfered by 3pcs laser reflective mirror and 1pcs focus lens

The laser mirrors used for reflecting the laser beam, and focus lens used for focusing the laser beam

 

 

 

The laser focus lens commonly have ZnSe material based and GaAs material based

ZnSe based focus lens is popular for laser cutting machine, because GaAs material is harmful for enviroment

The popular models on laser cutting machine have diameter like 18mm, 19mm, 20mm and 25mm

And the focal length of focus lens have 2", 2.5", 3"(or called 50.8mm, 63.5mm, 76.2mm focal length)

 

 

 

The most important factor for laser focus lens is transmissivity and focusing quality
