Super-light cleaning head
The single time laser cleaning width reach 300mm to make sure the highest cleaning efficiency. Super-light laser cleaning head design, which can reduce the working intensity of operator max.
The laser cleaning width is max 300mm, and then you can set the different cleaning width on touch screen to balance the cleaning width & cleaning moving speed
We adopts Raytools light design cleaning head, the laser button is the trigger to enable the laser cleaning jobs. The weight of the laser cleaning head is only 0.7KG around.

On touch screen, the laser power, wobble frequency, laser frequency, laser duty, cleaning width all can be adjusted directly. Also provide "process package" for fast use. For example after testing you found laser power 1200w, wobble frequency 100, cleaning width 200mm is suitable for your jobs. Then you can save thsi parameter settings on process for next time use directly, no need to testing or set new one every time. Also there is "Laser" icon on touch screen, which is similar like a soft "shutter". This laser icon need to be on before cleaning, otherwise no laser output
The laser cleaning head designed a hardware shutter for safety，when the shutter is not openning, the laser will not be output. Also we designed dual-press trigger to enable the laser output, if one press the trigger the laser will not be output, which will be avoding the misoperation.
